Since consciousness gives us the ability of choice we are cursed to bear the responsibility of our choices and thus our actions. We can no longer, like beasts, leave this responsibility with our instincts.
So since we have this curse we can become overwhelmed by the pressure of our responsibility for selecting from the infinite abyss of choice.
So to relieve us of this curse what we will need are glasses that shade out all but the right choices. These glasses are your grand quest.
So it is now abundantly clear as to why we need a grand mission so our attention must turn to creating/finding one.
To select a quest is to take form, it is to take your spread out liquid of potential and put it within a glass so that it may become something.
To change forms is an enduring fight with the pre-existing reality, conquering this fight requires you to develop. Once developed we now have at our disposal a new set of tools that we can be utilized in future transformations.
So it is less important what your grand quest is, just that you have one. Pick one that inspires you and pick it as soon as you can. The longer you wait to pick the longer you drift within the infinite abyss of choice.
So look around you, what calls you, what has your heart gripped onto, what part of the world is to be yours? Find this, see it clearly, let it act as a blinder to all else. Now, your only preventor is your will.
